What to know before booking.
Camp cabins contain 16 beds; occupancy is limited to a maximum average of 12 travellers per cabin.
- ↗No refund applies if the traveller cancels for any reason; the package is non-transferable.
- ↗Minors are accepted if they are 15 by December 31, 2026 and provide parental authorization.
- ↗Proof of medical insurance is required. The program and training equipment are managed by SN Hawaii, a registered name of Elite Medic Inc.
- ↗Payment may be made in instalments by wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer, or cheque up to the stated deadlines.
- ↗If a service cannot be provided, an equivalent alternative will be offered; otherwise, any refund received from the supplier will be passed to the client, in whole or in part according to the alternative’s equivalence.
Payment protection
Money received will be deposited into a trust account until suppliers are paid. Paid travel services not received may be reimbursed by the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents, administered by the Office de la protection du consommateur.
